• "Competition" or "Competitions": All draws operated by the Site to win Prizes, including one-off Prize Competitions and Instant Win add-on prizes within those Competitions.

• "Competition Rules": The specific rules governing each Competition.

• "Instant Win Competitions": A game type where participants are instantly notified of a win, also referred to as "Instant Unlocks."

• "Member Bonus Subscription": A 30-day recurring subscription package providing bonus site credit.

9.2 Participant Responsibilities: Insurance for all Prizes, including but not limited to holidays, physical items, and homes, is the sole responsibility of the Winner.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

We gather data and certain other information about you, which is subject to our privacy policy, a copy of which is available at www.LuxuriesUnlocked.com/privacy ("Privacy Policy"). By using the Site and the Service, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.

11. COMPETITION RULES

11.1 The following rules, together with any relevant additional terms made available to you ("Competition Rules"), apply to any Competition run on the Site.

11.2 By participating in any Competition, you agree to be bound by the Competition Rules.

11.3 Legal Compliance: Each Competition has a free entry route available as well as a paid entry route. The availability of a free entry route means that the Competition does not fall within the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005.

11.4 Multiple Competitions may be operated at the same time.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS

12.1 Member Bonus Subscriptions provide bonus site credit on a recurring 30-day basis.

12.2 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.

12.3 Users can cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

12.4 No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

13. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

13.1 Luxuries Unlocked® operates an affiliate program where users can earn commissions by referring new customers.

13.2 Affiliate commissions are subject to verification and fraud checks.

13.3 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel affiliate payments if fraudulent activity is detected.

14. WALLET AND CREDITS

14.1 Site credits are stored in your wallet and can be used for competition entries.

14.2 Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

14.3 Credits may have expiry dates as specified at the time of issue.

15. FREE ENTRY ROUTE

15.1 Each Competition offers a free postal entry route as required by UK law.

15.2 To enter for free, send a postcard with your name, email, phone number, and competition name to our registered address.

15.3 Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

15.4 Limit of one free entry per person per competition.

16. FRAUD PREVENTION

16.1 We employ fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of our competitions.

16.2 Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.

16.3 We reserve the right to void entries and prizes if fraud is suspected.

16.4 Accounts found to be fraudulent will be permanently banned.

19. PRIZES

19.1 Specificity of Prizes: The Competition relating to each Prize is specific to the Prize advertised at the time of play.

19.2 Prize Delivery: The Prize will be delivered in the Winner's country of residence with VAT and shipping costs paid.

19.3 Alternative Prize: Luxuries Unlocked® reserves the right to provide a Winner with an Alternative Prize.

19.4 Luxuries Unlocked® will not be held responsible if a Prize has been damaged during the shipping process.

19.5 All Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the provider.

19.6 Additional costs such as servicing and insurance are not included in any Prize.

19.7 Winners must accept delivery within three business days of notification.

19.8 We reserve the right not to deliver Prizes to certain countries.

19.9 We reserve the right to choose the date of delivery of any Prize.

19.10 Holiday Prizes: Where the Prize is a holiday, we reserve the right to choose the dates of departure and return.

19.11 Acts of God: In the event of a natural disaster, act of God, or pandemic, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the Prize.

20. COMPLAINTS AND ARBITRATION

20.1 For any complaints, please contact our support team.

20.2 If you have a complaint that we are unable to resolve, you may wish to pursue your complaint via an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.

21. NOTICES

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, all notices from you to us must be in writing (including email) and sent to our support or the company's registered office. All notices from us to you will be sent by email to the email address you have supplied.

22. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms.

23. HOLIDAY WINNER AGREEMENT

In the case of Holiday Prizes, Competition winners agree to sign an Agreement stipulating that they and the person they accompany will behave according to the hotel's rules, not damage any property, and respect Luxuries Unlocked®'s budget for the period of time the prize stipulates.

24. DISCLAIMER

Some pictures and content displayed on the website www.LuxuriesUnlocked.com are not Luxuries Unlocked®'s property and do not belong to the company. Luxuries Unlocked® has made all efforts to give credits to original owners and content creators of such property.

25. FORCE MAJEURE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

25.1 Force Majeure: Luxuries Unlocked® shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, terrorist activities, or any other events outside our reasonable control.

25.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Luxuries Unlocked® be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever.

26. GENERAL PROVISIONS

26.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxuries Unlocked® regarding your use of the Site and the Service.

26.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

26.3 Waiver: Failure by us to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

26.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

26.5 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
